We are an online business and don't have a 'real' store just yet. This may well change in the future so watch this space!
Sometimes when items are proving very popular, they can sell out very quickly. If an item is listed but is not available in your size, please email us at stockrequests@dollydagger.co.uk and we'll let you know when it comes back in stock. Please write the name of the product in the subject header of your email message.
We try as much as possible to stock items that are unique and different, so sometimes the items we sell will be one-offs or only available in small quantities.

Your postman will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to re-arrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first.
All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail, so if an item has not arrived as expected it's always worth contacting your local sorting office.
This will depend on the status of your order. If your order has yet to be dispatched then it may be possible to amend it. To do so please contact customercare@dollydagger.co.uk with the old address, new address and order number, we will then reply by email to confirm if this has happened or not. If your order has already been shipped then a change of delivery address will not be possible.
If we haven’t yet shipped the order then it may be possible to amend it. To change your order please email customercare@dollydagger.co.uk with your order number and details of the amendment(s) you require. We will reply to your e-mail to confirm if the amendment has been possible. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped it won’t be possible to amend it.
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This excludes items clearly highlighted with a ‘*’ next to the product name, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. All order cancellations must be sent in writing, either to customercare@dollydagger.co.uk or to the postal address shown above within 7 days, quoting your name, address and order number. Once the order has been cancelled all goods should immediately be sent, by recorded delivery to the address above in their original condition and packaging. Please note when returning an item to us, you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend that you choose a postage method, which insures you for the value of the goods.

If the item you received is faulty or not what your ordered then please email customercare@dollydagger.co.uk with your name, address and order number and a description of the problem. We will contact you with details on how to proceed with the return.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that we are a small store and every item is hand picked and checked before it is sent out. We absolutely will not refund if an item has obviously been worn or has been sent back damaged so please don't try! Abuse of our returns policy may prevent you from shopping with us in the future.

We record the weight of each parcel before it's sent out so mistakes are easily traced and rectified.
All returns are processed within 3 working days of receipt. When your return has been processed you will be informed by email.
Please allow 3 working days from receipt for your return to be processed. Once processed we will send a confirmation email and you should then allow a further 4 – 10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. Unfortunately this timescale is determined by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.

Every effort is made to ensure this will not happen, however, If you believe that this is the case then please contact customercare@dollydagger.co.uk quoting your order number and the required refund amount. Delivery charges are non refundable.
Your gift voucher has a code which is unique to you. When you check out, just enter the code in the box and it will deduct the value of your gift voucher from the value of the goods in your basket. Please note that change cannot be given when gift vouchers are used, so when using your voucher, purchases must be equal to the value of the gift voucher or more. For example, if you have a £20 voucher, you must spend at least £20 (excluding P&P).
